Returns & Refunds

I want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Please see my returns and refunds policy below in case of any issues.


1. Return conditions

You can only request a return in case of a defect or damage to the print. I do not accept returns for change of mind, as each print is made to order.

Eligibility criteria:

The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Proof of the defect is required (photo of the problem).



2. Return Procedure

Step 1: Contact me

Send an email to eric@bl-e.art with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos showing the defect or damage
  • A description of the problem


Step 2: Confirmation & instructions

  • If your request is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
    Return shipping costs are covered if the product is damaged or non-compliant.


Step 3: Return shipment

  • Return the product within 14 days of your request being validated.


3. Refunds

  • Once the return is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 7 business days.
  • The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for your order.


4. Product damaged upon delivery?

If your package arrives damaged, contact me immediately with photos of the package before opening and of the damaged artwork.
