Bl.é Art is committed to providing a smooth shopping experience and secure delivery.

Below you will find all the information regarding the shipping, delivery and returns of your Fine Art prints for the Open Signature Edition as well as information regarding your art prints for the limited Empreinte Edition .

 

SIGNATURE Edition / Open Prints

1. Delivery Zones

We currently deliver:

  • Metropolitan and Overseas France
  • European Union
  • International

2. Processing & Shipping Times

Processing your order

Each artwork is printed on demand , then carefully checked, packaged and shipped directly from our partner workshop.

  • Processing and production time: 1 to 2 working days before shipment.

Estimated delivery times

  • Metropolitan France: 2 to 8 business days
  • European Union: 2 to 15 working days (depending on the destination country)
  • International and French Overseas Territories: 4 to 15 working days (depending on the destination)

Important note: These delivery times are indicative only and may vary in the event of high demand, exceptional circumstances (strikes, weather conditions, holiday periods, etc.).

A confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you as soon as your order is shipped.


3. Delivery Costs

  • Free delivery on orders over €100
  • Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout , based on the destination and print format.


4. Packaging & protection

All my works are shipped with the utmost care , in packaging adapted to their size and fragility:

  • Small and medium format prints: Shipped in a rigid cardboard envelope to prevent any creases or damage.
  • Large format prints: Sent in a reinforced cardboard tube for optimal protection.

Ecological commitment
Bl.é Art prioritizes the use of recyclable and responsible packaging , in an environmentally friendly approach.


5. Delivery problems

In case of an unusual delay or problem with your delivery:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email and verify your order tracking.
  • Check with your post office or the carrier .
  • If necessary, contact me at eric@bl-e.art specifying your order number.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or unclaimed item, reshipping fees may apply.


6. Returns & Refunds Policy

Did you receive a defective or damaged artwork? Please consult our Returns & Refunds Policy .

  • Claim period: 14 days after receipt of the order.
  • Return conditions: artworks must be unused and returned in their original packaging.
  • Procedure: Please contact me by email with photos of the product so that I can assess the situation.

Returns are not accepted in case of a change of mind , as each print is printed on demand.


7. Modifications & Cancellations

Once the order is validated, it is processed immediately and cannot be modified or cancelled.

Please check your information carefully before submitting.

 

EMPREINTE Edition / Limited Print Runs

For the Empreinte Edition , delivery is currently only available in:

  • Metropolitan France
  • European Union

These specific conditions are detailed on the product pages, in the Delivery and Returns tab.

  • Each order for the Empreinte Edition is prepared by hand .
  • Production time before shipment: 10 to 15 days, depending on the medium and format chosen (excluding periods of high activity, particularly the end-of-year holidays).
  • Once the artwork has been shipped, delivery is made via Colissimo against signature, according to the usual delivery times for mainland France or the European Union.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the medium and format.
  • The packaging is specifically adapted to the fragility of the medium in order to ensure optimal protection during transport.

Returns are possible under certain conditions (see the page dedicated to the refund policy).
