Within the EMPREINTE Edition , the choice of medium is an extension of the artwork itself: it shapes how the creation is felt, seen, and experienced. OSB, an expressive material at the service of the image
Oriented Strand Board ( OSB ) is a panel made of thin, oriented wood strands that are compressed and bonded under high pressure. Its organic and irregular texture, full of contrasts, provides a naturally vibrant background for printed artwork.
For the EMPREINTE Edition, a meticulous selection process is carried out:
- Poplar : for its light, almost luminous color.
- Okoumé : for its warm and subtle tone.
These 9mm thick OSB boards allow for high-quality direct digital printing, faithful to the details, colors, and nuances of the original file.
