12-color giclée fine art print using pigment inks for accurate reproduction of colors and nuances.

Artwork delivered unframed to allow for a choice of personalized framing.

Excellent long-term preservation under normal indoor display conditions.

Each Limited Edition piece is individually prepared and undergoes a quality check before shipment.

The artworks are numbered and signed, and come with a certificate of authenticity whenever specified in the product description.

If your order has a manufacturing defect, is non-compliant, or sustains damage during transit, please contact me within 14 days of receipt so that a suitable solution can be arranged.

Damaged Product

If your artwork arrives damaged, please send photographs of the artwork, its packaging, and the shipping parcel within 14 days of receipt.

After verification, a replacement, repair, or refund may be offered depending on the situation.

Lost or Delayed Parcel

If your order has not been delivered within the usual timeframe or if the tracking shows an issue, please contact me so that an inquiry can be opened with the carrier.

In the event of a confirmed loss, a suitable solution may be offered based on the availability of the specific edition and the circumstances of the case.

Production and Preparation

Each artwork is individually prepared based on its medium, format, and finish.

• Production and preparation: 10 to 15 business days

Estimated delivery times after shipment

• France, European Union, and Switzerland: 2 to 15 business days depending on the destination

Artworks are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and signature upon delivery.

The indicated timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, the characteristics of the chosen medium, or periods of high activity.

Order Tracking

A tracking number is automatically sent via email once your order has been shipped. You can also check your order status at any time via the "Track My Order" page or your "My Account" area.

Returns

Limited Editions are individually produced or prepared after an order is placed.

In accordance with the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, they cannot be returned due to a change of mind.

However, an appropriate solution may be offered in the event of:

• damage sustained during transit
• a manufacturing defect or non-conformity
• an order preparation error

Any claim must be made within 14 days of receipt.

If your order appears to be lost or is experiencing an unusual delay, please contact us so we can verify the status with the carrier.
