Eric BLANCHOT is committed to providing a refined shopping experience, careful preparation of artworks, and secure delivery tailored to each medium.
This page contains information regarding shipping, production times, order tracking, returns, refunds, and claims concerning:
- Fine Art Posters (open editions)
- Limited Editions (numbered and signed art editions, accompanied by a certificate of authenticity)
2. Fine Art Posters
Delivery Zones
Fine Art Prints are currently available for delivery to:
- Metropolitan France and Overseas Territories
- European Union
- Norway
- United Kingdom
- Switzerland
- North America (United States, Canada)
- Mexico
Production and preparation
Each Fine Art Print is printed on demand after the order is confirmed to avoid unnecessary inventory and to ensure production is tailored specifically to each order.
Processing and preparation time: 1 to 2 business days
Estimated delivery times
After shipment:
- Delivery to Metropolitan France: 2 to 8 business days
- Delivery to French Overseas Territories: 5 to 15 business days
- European Union: 2 to 15 business days
- Delivery to Norway: 5 to 10 business days
- Delivery to United Kingdom: 2 to 8 business days
- Delivery to Switzerland: 2 to 8 business days
- Delivery to North America (United States, Canada): 4 to 10 business days
- Delivery to Mexico: 5 to 15 business days
The indicated timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, customs formalities, or periods of high activity.
Shipping
Orders are shipped with tracking via carriers selected based on the destination and logistical delivery constraints.
Depending on the destination country, delivery may be handled by carriers such as DPD, DHL, Chronopost, Colissimo, La Poste, PostNL, USPS, or any other equivalent carrier.
Order tracking
A tracking number is automatically sent via email once your order has shipped.
You can also track the status of your order:
- from your My Account area
- or through the Track My Order page

Shipping costs
Costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
Free delivery is available on orders over €60, subject to the conditions applicable to the destination country.
Packaging
Each artwork is packaged according to its size:
- small / medium formats: reinforced mailer
- large formats: secure cardboard tube

Production and preparation
Each Limited Edition is individually produced, prepared, and packaged after the order is placed, based on the chosen medium, format, and finish.
Production and preparation time: 10 to 15 business days
Estimated delivery times
After shipment: 2 to 15 business days, depending on the destination
The indicated timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on the destination country, the characteristics of the chosen medium, or periods of high activity.
Shipping
Limited Editions are shipped from France with tracking, primarily via Colissimo or any carrier offering an equivalent level of service.
Delivery against signature may be required depending on the nature of the artwork and the services offered by the carrier.
Order tracking
A tracking number is automatically sent upon shipment.
You can track your order:
- from your My Account area
- or through the Track My Order page
Special Features
Limited Editions require specific manufacturing processes and reinforced packaging suited to their nature.
Each artwork is carefully prepared to ensure optimal protection during transit.
4. Retours & réclamations
Fine Art Poster
Customers residing in the European Union:
In accordance with European regulations, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving your order.
Return shipping costs are at your expense.
The product must be returned:
- intact
- unused
- in its original packaging
Customers residing outside the European Union:
As Fine Art Prints are printed on demand, returns due to a change of mind are not accepted.
All destinations:
A replacement, refund, or suitable solution may be offered in the following cases:
- product damaged during transit
- printing defect
- order fulfillment error
- product does not match the order
Limited Editions
Returns are accepted only in the event of:
- damage noted upon receipt
- manufacturing defect
- confirmed non-conformity
Conditions:
- unused artwork
- original packaging retained
- photos documenting the issue
5. Claims procedure

- your order number
- a description of the issue encountered
- supporting photographs if necessary
Instructions regarding any potential return will be provided after your request has been reviewed.
6. Return address
Unless otherwise indicated during the processing of your request, products must be returned to the following address:

Returns made without prior contact or approval may be refused.
7. Lost or delayed packages
If a package appears to be lost during transit or is subject to an unusual delay, an inquiry may be opened with the relevant carrier.
Once the situation has been verified with the carrier, an appropriate solution may be proposed, which could include replacing the artwork or refunding the order, depending on the circumstances.
8. Refunds
Upon validation of the return and receipt of the product:
- refund issued via the payment method used for the original order
- refund processed within a maximum of 14 days
If the right of withdrawal applicable to European Union consumers is exercised, the refund will be issued within a maximum of 14 days from the date the returned product is recovered or proof of shipment is provided by the customer.
9. Cancellations & Modifications
As orders are generally processed quickly after validation, they cannot be modified or cancelled once production or preparation has begun.
