Bl.é Art is committed to providing a carefully curated shopping experience, attentive artwork preparation, and secure shipping tailored to each medium.

This page provides information regarding shipping, delivery times, order tracking, and return conditions for:

  • Fine Art Prints (Open Editions)
  • Limited Editions (Numbered & Signed Art Editions)

2. Fine Art Prints

Shipping destinations

Fine Art Prints are currently available for delivery to:

  • Metropolitan France and Overseas Territories
  • European Union
  • Norway
  • United Kingdom
  • Switzerland
  • North America (United States, Canada)
  • Mexico

Processing & delivery times

Each artwork is printed on demand and prepared after quality inspection.

Preparation time:

  • Processing: 1–2 business days

Estimated delivery times:

  • Metropolitan France: 2–8 business days
  • French Overseas Territories: 5–15 business days
  • European Union: 2–15 business days
  • Norway: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom: 2–8 business days
  • Switzerland: 2–8 business days
  • North America (United States, Canada): 4–10 business days
  • Mexico: 5–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination or peak activity periods.


Order tracking

A tracking number is automatically sent by email once your order has been shipped.

You can also track your order status anytime:

  • from your My Account area
  • or through the Track My Order page

This interface allows you to easily view the main order stages:

  • order confirmed
  • preparation
  • shipment
  • transit
  • delivered

Shipping costs

Free shipping is available for orders over €60, depending on destination and conditions displayed at checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout.


Packaging

Each artwork is packaged according to its format:

  • small / medium formats: reinforced mailer
  • large formats: secure cardboard tube

3. Limited Editions

Shipping destinations

Limited Editions are currently available for:

  • Metropolitan France
  • European Union
  • Switzerland

Production & delivery times

Each edition is prepared with particular care depending on its format and medium.

Production:

  • 10–15 business days

Estimated delivery after shipping:

  • 2–15 business days

Order tracking

As with Fine Art Prints, a tracking number is provided once your order has been shipped.

You can track your order directly:

  • from your My Account area
  • or through the Track My Order page

Additional information

Limited Edition artworks require specific production processes and reinforced packaging adapted to their nature.

Each artwork is carefully prepared to ensure optimal protection during transport.


4. Returns & Claims

Fine Art Posters

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • damaged artwork
  • printing defect
  • order error

As artworks are produced on demand, returns due to change of mind are not accepted.

Claim period: 14 days after delivery.


Limited Editions

Returns are accepted only in case of:

  • damage upon delivery
  • manufacturing defect

Conditions:

  • artwork unused
  • original packaging retained
  • photos showing the issue

Please include:

  • your order number
  • a description of the issue
  • supporting photos

Return instructions will be provided after review of your request.


Refunds

Once the return has been approved and received:

  • refund within 7–14 business days
  • via the original payment method

5. Order cancellation & modifications

Orders are generally processed quickly and cannot usually be modified or cancelled once preparation has begun.

For specific requests, please contact us as soon as possible.
